| one spring day, the cloud caretakers had to refluff the entire night's sky. they pittered, patted, and puffed up a particularly unique and stretched out cloud—just as one would with a pillow. the cloud in question was damp as it had some residual rain trapped in it, greying and weighing it down. this cloud in particular, was so tired and weathered that it needed the extra bit of time, love, and attention to get back into fluffy shape. out from the cloud squishes were tiny specks of cloud dust, which eventually collected itself into a playful little dustbunny. she fell from the atmosphere into our world and gained an affinity for hiding in the unloved corners of homes, quietly observing humans and animals, and playing games as she spends comfy days as a hermit. |
